About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Maintenance Coordinator / Scheduler to join our office team.
This role is central to keeping our operations running smoothly and ensuring our tradesmen are supported with clear, accurate, and efficient scheduling.
You will be the key point of communication between management, tradesmen, and clients, helping to deliver exceptional service and maintaining the professional reputation we are known for.
Key Responsibilities
Manage, coordinate, and schedule daily works for tradesmen
Communicate with management and clients to ensure workflow is clear and consistent
Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email
Record and update job details, calls, and appointments
Operate general office equipment including computers, EFTPOS, photocopiers and scanning devices
Store, retrieve, and maintain accurate data within our systems
Support the office team with administrative tasks as required

Skills & Experience
Reliable, organised, and able to work well under pressure
Accurate, efficient, and capable of managing multiple priorities
Comfortable working independently and unsupervised when required
Professional with an excellent phone manner
Strong in customer service, with the ability to communicate clearly with both clients and tradesmen
