With both a strong online presence and a retail showroom, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service and cutting-edge products to our customers.We are seeking an experienced and motivated Retail Manager to oversee the operations of our retail store and contribute to the continued growth of our business.Key ResponsibilitiesDetermine the product mix, stock levels, and service standards for a diverse range of sound systems, home theatres, and entertainment products.Formulate and implement purchasing and marketing policies, including setting competitive pricing strategies.Promote and advertise Digital Cinema's retail and online offerings through effective campaigns.Sell goods and services directly to customers and provide expert advice on product use, compatibility, and installation.Maintain accurate records of stock levels, sales, and financial transactions.Undertake budgeting, sales forecasting, and financial management for the retail store.Control the selection, training, and supervision of sales staff to ensure strong product knowledge and customer service.Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and company policies.Qualifications and SkillsA Diploma or Advanced Diploma in Business, Management, or a related field (or equivalent).
Minimum of 1+ years' experience as a Retail Manager or Supervisor, preferably in consumer electronics, home entertainment, or related industries.Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.Proven ability in stock management, budgeting, and retail sales strategies.Passion for home entertainment technology and the ability to stay up to date with the latest products.
