As a member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting engineers and project managers with product access, undertaking various tasks to ensure customer satisfaction and branch efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide expert customer service and information about products

* Offer quotes in person and over the phone

* Undertake pick packing and stock control activities

* Ensure the branch remains tidy and safe

* Make occasional deliveries to customers using a company vehicle

Requirements:

* Previous experience in retail sales or customer service

* Ability to pick orders, maintain shop floor displays, and ensure accurate information

* Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems

* A clean valid driver's licence and flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends
