Global Quality Improvement Specialist
Overview:
The role of Global Quality Improvement Specialist involves coordinating with engineering, production and manufacturing partners to maintain quality and control costs. This is a hands-on coordination and problem-solving role requiring a practical approach and strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities include maintaining technical documentation (CAD drawings, BOMs, SOPs, assembly guides), driving continuous improvement and lean initiatives across quality and production, coordinating logistics, testing, spare parts orders and issue resolution, monitoring international manufacturing partners for compliance and opportunities to improve quality and efficiency, and leading teams to improve designs, lower costs, and meet delivery goals.

What We're Looking For:
* Trade qualification or Diploma in Engineering or equivalent experience
* 5+ years in quality assurance, production planning or similar operational roles
* Strong CAD and technical drawing skills
* Experience with SOPs & BOMs
* Exposure to Lean, Quality Systems, Six Sigma or process optimisation
* Microsoft Office and Google Workspace proficiency
* Will to travel overseas 6 times per year for up to 10 days per trip
