The Role
We are seeking an experienced Field Sales Representative to join our team on the Sunshine Coast. In this role, you will manage sales, design, and project management for a range of advanced pumping and irrigation systems, including electric, diesel, and solar-powered pump stations and irrigation solutions like centre pivots, sprinklers, and effluent disposal systems.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead project management and sales from concept through to execution, delivering tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with agricultural, industrial, and municipal clients, ensuring the delivery of optimal system designs.
* Provide technical expertise in pumping and irrigation system selection, design, and installation.
* Work closely with internal teams and clients to oversee project progress, troubleshooting, and ensuring timely completion.
* Leverage your industry knowledge to continually expand our customer base and support business growth.
What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience in sales and project management within pumping, irrigation, or similar technical fields.
* Strong mechanical aptitude and a background in system design.
* Demonstrated success in business development and client relationships particularly with agricultural, industrial, and municipal clients.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
* A self-motivated professional with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a customer-first mentality.
* Proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
* A valid manual driver's license and willingness to travel across the region.
