Key Responsibilities Provide technical assistance across desktop, network, and server environments Act as escalation point for the IT Desktop Support team and assist with helpdesk queries Configure and manage network switches, VLANs, and Wireless Access Point controllers Support servers and high-level systems to ensure continuity of critical infrastructure Deliver incident management and technical support across multiple platforms Must have 4 years' experience as a Systems Administrator or similar role Strong troubleshooting skills across desktop, network, and server technologies Network administration (WAN, VLANs, WAPs, DNS, DHCP, VPN) Proficiency with Microsoft Windows, macOS, iOS, and Office 365 Experience with Active Directory/Group Policies Nice to have Knowledge of Hyper-V, clustering, and virtualisation technologies Familiarity with MDM solutions (Intune, NinjaOne, JAMF) Exposure to enterprise-grade cybersecurity tools and Veeam backup Understanding of ITIL processes and technical documentation If you wish to apply for this position, please submit your resume by clicking the 'Apply Now' button.
