Human Resources are looking for an Assistant Consultant to join their team to contribute to and assist with the provision of Human Resources to management and staff at QEII.

About The Role
Fulfil the accountabilities and responsibilities of this role in accordance with Metro South's purpose and objectives, as outlined below.
Assist in the provision of a high-level advisory service to line managers and staff across a range of Human Resources functions.
Coordinate and participate in the development and delivery of training programs, workshops and presentations on a range of workforce practices.
Participate in the case management and investigation of grievances, industrial matters and disputes, performance issues, health management, incidents and injuries, Workcover claims and workplace rehabilitation.
Assist in the review of the facility's workforce practices and policies to ensure compliance with contemporary public sector requirements and assist in the ongoing development and implementation of quality improvement processes.
