As a Cruise Consultant, you will be responsible for selling cruise packages to both direct consumers and travel agents. You will play a key role in promoting our cruise brand and creating unforgettable travel experiences for our customer.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Sell Cruise Packages: Guide customers and travel agents through the cruise booking process, helping them choose the perfect cruise package to suit their preferences and budget.
- Provide Expert Advice: Share your knowledge of cruise destinations, itineraries, and ships to provide customers with expert advice and recommendations.
- Build Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with direct consumers and travel agents, ensuring excellent customer service and repeat business.
- Stay Informed: Keep up to date with industry trends, cruise promotions, and competitor offerings to remain competitive in the market.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the growth and success of our cruise brand.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales data for reporting and future reference.
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in travel sales, preferably in the cruise industry, is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for travel and a willingness to learn about different cruise destinations and ships.
- Sales-driven and results-oriented.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Knowledge of booking systems and reservation software is a plus.
