 
        
        The Regional Sales Director role plays a pivotal part in driving sales and growth for Optical solutions in the ANZ region. As a direct report to the Country Manager, this seasoned professional will be responsible for developing and executing the sales strategy for Tier 2 Service Provider Accounts, Channels, and Enterprise verticals.
Key responsibilities include cultivating new channel partnerships, identifying high-priority sales opportunities, maintaining Salesforce records, and submitting regular reports to management with forecast data.
This ideal candidate will possess at least 10 years of sales experience in the telecommunications industry, focusing on IP and Optical sales into Service Providers, Channel, and verticals in Australia, New Zealand, and Pacific Islands.
They will have established strong customer relationships, demonstrated ability to build trusted connections, and a proven track record of surpassing sales targets in a highly competitive environment.
