* Act as a trusted advisor, developing strong partnerships across all areas of marketing while advocating for martech best practices.
* Document existing processes and suggest improvements to optimise and scale with business growth, focusing on martech stack efficiency and integration health.
* Train business stakeholders on new processes, technology implementations, and martech tool usage, including Salesforce customisations and data management protocols.
* Advocate for data integrity, privacy, and marketing compliance, ensuring all martech configurations adhere to regulations such as GDPR and CCPA.
* Continuously optimise our marketing technology stack to align with business goals by improving configurations, integrations, and data management of current systems, while providing recommendations for future software selections.
* Design and establish well‐structured workflow systems to ensure seamless end‐to‐end delivery of campaigns and projects, with automated data flows and validation checkpoints.
