The Opportunity
Based in Picton, NSW, and reporting to the Area Manager, we are looking for a Yardperson for a 12-month fixed term role.
The primary focus of the role will be to:
* Undertake all essential day-to-day manual tasks of the Concrete Batch Plant
* General housekeeping and maintenance of the yard including cleaning and shoveling
* Safely operate a front-end loader to weigh up materials for batching
* Accurately batch orders to specified mix designs
Required Skills & Experience
* Front End Loader experience and ticket preferred
* Relevant construction or concrete industry experience is desirable
* A strong commitment to safety and the environment
* Well-developed written and verbal communication skills and sound computer literacy
* A proven ability to work within a team to provide superior customer service
