 
        
        Caravan Park Management Couple – South Hedland WA
Full-time | Permanent | Accommodation Included | Onsite Live-in Role for Two
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced couple to manage the day-to-day operations of our busy Caravan Park located in the beautiful Pilbara Region of Western Australia. This is a fantastic opportunity for a reliable and hands-on duo who enjoy working together and are passionate about delivering excellent customer service in a dynamic and welcoming environment.
Our park caters to a diverse range of guests including tourists, long-term residents, and industrial workers, and we are looking for a management couple to oversee all operational aspects – from front office administration and bookings to grounds maintenance and guest support.
Key Responsibilities – Office Manager Role (Person 1):
 * Manage daily office operations and administration
 * Maintain the Caravan Park booking system (Rez preferred)
 * Accounts receivable, reporting, and financial administration
 * Coordinate corporate bookings with tier 1 mining companies and other contractors
 * Management of the onsite restaurant which feed the park guests
 * Maintain rental agreements and compliance with the Residential Parks Act
 * Build strong relationships with residents and guests
 * Report regularly to head office and ownership
Key Responsibilities – Grounds & Maintenance Manager Role (Person 2):
 * General grounds upkeep and presentation
 * Routine Park and accommodation maintenance
 * Coordinate contractors and respond to maintenance requests
 * Ensure the park remains safe, clean, and welcoming
 * Assist with site preparation and guest check-ins as required
 * Management of the subcontractors including cleaning, electrical and plumbing
 * Responsible to maintain the FIIX maintenance system
About You (as a couple):
 * Previous experience in park or motel management (preferred)
 * Strong teamwork and communication skills
 * Friendly, professional, and guest-focused attitude
 * High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
 * Able to work independently and as a team
 * Competent with technology and booking systems (Rez highly regarded)
 * Basic maintenance/handyman skills (Person 2)
 * Willingness to be part of the local community
 * Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Medical including drug and alcohol screening
