The B2B Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the marketing strategy for the firm, focusing on business-to-business (B2B) marketing initiatives. This role will encompass campaign management, event organization, communications, and content creation to support growth objectives and enhance brand presence in the wealth management sector.
Responsibilities:
1. B2B Marketing: Develop and execute marketing strategies to grow the business, manage campaigns, analyze market trends, and communicate value propositions.
2. Communications and Content: Manage funds management communications, create collateral, develop thought leadership content, oversee external channels, and ensure brand consistency.
3. Event Management: Plan and execute seminars, webinars, and conferences; coordinate logistics; manage budgets; and evaluate event success.
Required Skills and Attributes:
* Extensive B2B financial services experience, especially in wealth management, with strong strategic and execution skills.
* Excellent communication skills and experience in creating engaging digital and print content.
* Proficiency with marketing tools, platforms, and martech stacks including CMS, CRM, and automation tools.
* Strong project management, organizational skills, and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
* At least 8 years of B2B marketing experience within financial services or wealth management industry.
