In this newly created part-time role based in Wallsend, you’ll provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our fast-paced service.Looking for a role where your admin skills truly make a difference? At Sublime Care, you'll be part of a dedicated team supporting vulnerable community members and their families—helping to deliver compassionate, high-quality care every day.What You’ll DoProvide friendly, professional customer service in person, over the phone, and via emailEnsure office areas remain clean, organised, and presentableSupport smooth office operations by managing supplies and placing orders as neededOversee fleet management tasks including vehicle allocation, servicing schedules, and logbook maintenanceHandle basic IT support, including workstation setup and addressing staff IT requirementsPerform general administrative duties such as taking meeting minutes, printing, scanning, and uploading documents.What We're Looking ForMinimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role in a healthcare settingCertificate III in Business Admin, highly desirableFriendly, proactive, and professional approachStrong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks at onceHigh attention to detail and a commitment to qualityClear, professional communication—both written and verbalExpertise using Microsoft Office and CRM systemsOn-site availability due to the hands-on nature of the roleCurrent NDIS Worker Screening CheckCurrent Working With Children CheckDriver Licence and own vehicleMinimum 2 doses of COVID-19 vaccination.Why You’ll Love It HereAt Sublime Care, you’ll be part of a close-knit team that values collaboration, compassion, and quality.
