Development Support Expert
We are seeking an experienced Development Support Expert to join our team. This is a key role for any business looking to deliver high-quality software solutions.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will have strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience in Mainframe skills, including CICS, COBOL, JCL, VSAM, and DB2.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide production support incidents/problem handling, server monitoring, and report preparations
* Liaise with internal stakeholders to resolve issues efficiently
* Develop and maintain knowledge of new project required skills and tools, such as Splunk, DevOps, Qtest, Unix, XML, IBM MQ, and IBM WTX
* Maintain a flexible attitude and be willing to work 24x7 on-call support
Requirements:
* Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience in Mainframe skills (CICS, COBOL, JCL, VSAM, DB2)
* Ability to learn other project required skills and tools
