As an experienced educational leader, you will be responsible for guiding the school community to develop and articulate a shared vision focused on providing quality learning outcomes for all students.
The successful candidate will uphold the principalship as a values-based, ethical, and moral activity, embedding socially just practices in daily school life, and setting high standards for student and staff performance.
To succeed in this role, applicants must possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to promoting human rights and diversity.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of implementing innovative strategies to enhance student outcomes, as well as a passion for creating inclusive cultures that value and respect individual differences.
In addition to your experience and qualifications, you will need to hold a current Working with Children Clearance (blue card) issued by Blue Card Services, and be a current Queensland Government employee.
