About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and organised Receptionist / Administration Officer to join our busy accounting firm. This is a full-time 3-month contract (July–September 2026) with the potential to become permanent.
Key Responsibilities
* Answering calls and greeting clients
* Managing appointments and calendars
* General administration and document preparation
* Maintaining client records and filing systems
* Data entry with a high level of accuracy
About You
* Strong attention to detail
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* Professional and friendly manner
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
* Experience in a similar role (preferred but not essential)
* Proficient in Microsoft Office:
o Outlook, Word
o Excel (preferred but not essential)
o Intermediate level proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is required
* Valid Australian work visa is required for this position
