About the Role

Key Responsibilities
* Full‑cycle estimating across fitout or commercial new build projects
* Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers
* Work closely with directors and delivery teams on strategy and pricing
* Manage multiple tenders while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines
