We are seeking a Community Services Coordinator to lead our employment and training programs in South Hedland, WA. As a proud Aboriginal organisation, we work closely with Elders, regional partners, and government bodies to build brighter futures through real, lasting community impact.

* This is an exciting opportunity for a full-time Community Services Co-Ordinator – Employment & Training.
You'll report to the Community Services Manager – Employment & Training and be responsible for:
* Coordinating and implementing employment and training programs aligned with community needs
* Leading and mentoring a small team
* Managing program budgets and data reporting
* Facilitating workshops, job expos, and training initiatives
* Working closely with stakeholders including TAFEs, schools and employers
* Travelling regularly to Newman with overnight stays as required
* Supporting succession planning and team capability uplift
* Upholding WHS, governance, and community engagement standards
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Certificate IV in Career Development (or willingness to obtain)
* A valid WA Driver's Licence
* National Police Clearance and Working with Children Check (or ability to obtain)
* Proven experience in employment, training, or community services
* Some exposure to leadership, coordination, or team support responsibilities
We'd also value:
* Experience working with Aboriginal communities
* Knowledge of WA employment and training programs
* Familiarity with funding contracts, compliance frameworks and WHS
* Strong community connections and relationship-building skills
* Budgeting and performance delivery experience
