Each product, hand crafted in our botanical laboratory in Brisbane, is prepared with ingredients nurtured from paddock to finished product - ensuring the activity of each vital nutrient. Our collections are stocked in leading day spas across Australia and New Zealand and are available for delivery worldwide.
Growth in the last 12 months means we're on the search for a full-time Account Manager to join our growing sales team. You'll join a skilled and passionate team, based in our Brisbane Head Office in Morningside, also housing our Botanical Laboratory.
A day in the life as a Waterlily Account Manager:
The Account Manager is like a concierge service, responsible for supporting the sales process and implementation of the Waterlily brand for our Spa Partners. Working closely with business development and sales teams, your role is to develop and support professional and retail accounts with a focus on growth, while preserving the beautiful ethos of the Waterlily brand.
Responsibilities include:
* Respond to leads
* Onboard new accounts
* Source new business
* Grow accounts
* Followup orders and provide solutions
* Support spa partners to grow and maximise potential (income) as well as provide expertise in guest experience
* Support our BDMs with administrative assistance
* Train new clients in the delivery of Waterlily Professional treatments, utilising virtual training sessions and resources
* Streamline client communication using our CRM
About you
You're a passionate, driven advocate for spa wellness Someone who can take the lead on business support with a magical mix of proactive support and client care. Developing and delivering purpose-fit solutions for our spa and salon partners, you'll bring:
* Ability to build client trust and confidence for long-term relationships
* Aptitude in providing strong business support and customised strategies
* Qualified Beauty, Spa or Dermal Therapist is definitely an advantage
* Strong digital skills (CRM experience highly desirable)
* Proactive nature, initiative taker
* Drive to stay competitive in a dynamic industry
* Excellent communication skills, able to present with confidence and warmth
* Experience delivering educational training and support, transferring ideas and skills with ease
* Talent for delivering beautiful treatment and guest experiences
* Basic project management skills (helpful)
* A love of lifelong learning
