Responsibilities
* Coordinate arrangements for the faculty during Term 4, weeks 9 & 10
* Use data-informed instructional practices to support every student's success
* Build teachers' capability in using data to provide effective differentiated instruction
* Implement research-based pedagogical practices to increase student engagement
* Lead the collaborative development of a coherent, sequenced Australian Curriculum and Assessment Plan (P-10)
* Lead the collaborative development of Teaching and Learning Plans (TLAPs) for all Year 11 and Year 12 subjects
* Lead and support Qlearn planning and digital pedagogical approaches/capabilities
* Support the College's Collegial Engagement Policy and Professional learning program
* Contribute to a school-wide culture of wellbeing, engagement and personal achievement that values diversity
Qualifications / Requirements

* Demonstrated teaching competence and capacity to provide curriculum leadership leading to quality learning outcomes for all students
* Demonstrated experience in strategic advice and implementation of teaching and learning programs for all students in a large complex school environment, with measurable outcomes
* Capacity to manage human, financial and physical resources as a Faculty Leader to deliver high-quality organisational outcomes
* Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills and the ability to develop and sustain productive relationships within and beyond the school community
* Evidence of mandatory requirements outlined in the attached role description
