**About the Opportunity**
We are seeking an ADF Support Specialist to join our team in Canberra.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of Defence Formal Messaging System (DFMS) products, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and deploying software versions.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Monitor and troubleshoot DFMS product operations.
* Manage software deployment and testing.
* Proactively monitor networks for issues and resolve them.
* Create and update support documentation.
* Analyse issues, provide solutions, and suggest improvements.
**Requirements and Qualifications:
* Broad technical ICT experience in multiple areas, including networking and systems administration.
* Experience in providing support for software products.
* Experience in a defence-related technical industry.
* Knowledge of Defence communications network infrastructure.
* Cert IV in Training and Assessment or eligibility to obtain.
* A current Negative Vetting 2 Defence Security Clearance.
