In this role, you will play a central part in shaping our people experience and supporting a positive, high-performing workplace. You'll lead initiatives that strengthen engagement, wellbeing, and an inclusive culture, while coaching leaders to build capability in feedback, development, and team effectiveness. You'll support continuous learning, champion recognition programs, and help bring company values to life through everyday people practices.
You'll also play a key role in people operations by implementing and improving HR policies, processes, and lifecycle activities. Maintaining accurate HR data, ensuring compliance, analysing workforce trends, and identifying opportunities for process automation will form an important part of your work.
As a trusted partner, you'll provide timely, practical HR advice to leaders and employees. You'll support managers with performance, employee relations, and change management, contribute to workforce planning and recruitment, embed best-practice engagement and feedback frameworks, and deliver training that strengthens leadership capability.
Strategically, you'll support broader HR initiatives, contribute to projects that enhance diversity, wellbeing, and employee experience, and help drive the execution of the People & Culture strategy. Your work will contribute to a connected and accountable culture, strong leadership capability, values-aligned recruitment, embedded development frameworks, and data-driven decision-making that strengthens organisational performance.
Essential
* Tertiary qualification in HR, Business, or related field.
* Proven HR advisory experience in dynamic environments.
* Strong knowledge of modern people management and performance practices.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
* High attention to detail and analytical capability.
You will bring a proactive, curious, and solutions-focused approach, with a genuine passion for people and culture. You are collaborative and credible when working with stakeholders at all levels, and you thrive in environments of change with adaptability and resilience. Above all, you demonstrate integrity, professionalism, and a strong sense of accountability in everything you do.
