**About the Role**:
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional HR support and driving continuous improvement? We're looking for a motivated People & Culture Advisor to join our dynamic team and make a real impact across our Central Divisions.
Reporting to the Lead, Corporate Leader Advisory Service, the P&C Advisor works collaboratively as part of the People and Culture to deliver priorities across the Central Divisions. The P&C Advisor supports operational processes and practices, providing timely advice and support to central customers relating to workforce planning, including job design, job analysis, advertising and recruitment administration.
The P&C Advisor also contributes to the discovery and implementation of key initiatives and continuous improvement in alignment with our P&C operating model. Key to success is to build and maintain strong stakeholder relations with the People Support team and central division customers to ensure operational service excellence outcomes are achieved for central divisions.

**Desirable** **Qualifications**:
- A tertiary qualification in human resources or equivalent experience.**
**Special Conditions**:
The successful applicant is required to gain a Department for Human Services (DHS) working with children check (WWCC) prior to being employed which is required to be renewed every five years before expiry. The incumbent will be required to undertake RRHAN -EC (Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect - Education Care) Facilitator Lead (Masterclass) extended course or the online (Fundamentals) course which will be required to be updated every three years.

**Remuneration**:
ASO5 $85,790 - $95,413 per annum (1.0 FTE), plus superannuation.
