Key Responsibilities:
* Utilize cutting machines to cut house keys.
* Verify stock orders against invoices or delivery dockets to confirm correct stock arrival.
* Organize and unpack all stock orders on shelves.
* Maintain accurate records of customer special orders and contact customers once stock arrives.
* Deliver exceptional customer service, manage workshop jobs, master key orders, and service bookings effectively.
* Ensure the shop remains clean and tidy at all times.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* A mature and confident individual with a positive work attitude is required.
* Ability to work autonomously or as part of a team, with excellent multitasking skills.
* Possess excellent written and oral communication skills, including a strong telephone manner.
* Prior experience in the building industry or security industry is highly regarded.
* Must be able to provide a successful Police Check.
Work Details:
* A standard Monday to Friday schedule from 8:30am to 5:30pm is offered.
* A 1-hour lunch break is provided.
