The role
The team is seeking an enthusiastic speech therapy assistant who will provide support to our qualified speech pathologists and work within an engaging environment with a team of Educators and Allied Health professionals. This casual position is based at the University of Wollongong and is suitable for someone who is currently studying a speech therapy qualification.
What you'll be doing
* Assisting with 1:1 therapy for children with developmental disabilities in clinic, home visits and preschools, under Medicare and NDIS plans.
* Providing assistance with speech therapy services to children with speech and language needs at Kids' UniEarly Education Services.

Qualifications
* Currently studying speech pathology.
* A passion for providing high quality services to young children and their families.
* Dedication to work towards obtaining experience working with children with neuro-developmental disabilities.
* Current NSW Working with Children Check and Driver License.
