About the role
Our Team Members are the face of Woolworths and bring to life everyday what we are famous for – our friendly service. Working throughout the store, our Team Members perform a variety of tasks from stocking shelves, displaying fresh fruit and veg, picking orders for online customers, to being the last friendly face our customers see as they leave with their shopping.
What You'll Do
Greet, acknowledge, show care and thank customers for shopping at Woolworths.
Follow our policies and procedures to keep ourselves, our teammates and customers safe, including looking out for and reporting hazards.
Assist customers by answering questions or directing them to products throughout their shopping journey.
Ensure shelves are fully stocked and tidy to enable a fast and easy shopping experience.
Pick orders for online customers, ensuring they receive what they need.
