Key Responsibilities
* Manage all Food & Beverage enquiries, bookings, and event requests from initial contact through to execution and follow-up
* Plan, coordinate, and deliver a range of F&B events including private functions and in-house activations (e.g. themed events, seasonal experiences)
* Prepare proposals, menus, and event packages tailored to client needs, and convert enquiries into confirmed business
* Build strong client relationships to drive repeat bookings and ongoing loyalty
* Actively support revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and promoting F&B offerings
* Coordinate closely with internal teams (kitchen, operations, and outlets) to ensure seamless event delivery
* Manage event administration including contracts, booking systems, client records, and financial processes (deposits, invoicing, payments)
* Maintain accurate sales data, reporting, and contribute to sales and marketing initiatives and event planning calendars
* Provide administrative support to the Conference & Events Sales & Marketing team as required
What You'll Bring
* Previous experience in hospitality, events, F&B coordination, or sales (hotel experience highly regarded)
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple events and deadlines simultaneously
* A passion for events, food & beverage, and creating memorable guest experiences
* Proven ability to build relationships and convert enquiries into confirmed business
* Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
* High attention to detail, particularly with event planning, contracts, and financial processes
* Commercial mindset with an understanding of revenue generation and sales targets
* A proactive, hands‐on approach with the flexibility to support both events and administrative functions
* Availability to work a flexible roster, including evenings and weekends depending on event requirements
* Experience with SevenRooms, Opera Cloud and iVvy is highly desirable, but not essential
