About the roleWorking within a small, collaborative team, you'll provide timely, professional support to a broad range of internal and external stakeholders, helping ensure travel services are delivered efficiently, accurately, and with a strong focus on patient care and financial responsibility.Key responsibilities include:Coordinating approved patient and staff travel and processing travel claims accurately and in line with policyAssisting with reconciliation and payment of travel-related accounts, while liaising with external providers such as airlines, rail services and accommodation vendorsReviewing travel requests, maintaining accurate records, and using travel systems effectivelyWorking with usTax savings through salary sacrificing options are also available.In your downtime, we offer 4 weeks p.a. recreational leave with a 17.5% loading/bonus.Professionally, our HHS values professionalism, leadership capability, excellence and resilience in our staff.
