- Assist the Store Manager across all aspects of store management
- Maintain visually appealing store displays through effective Visual Merchandising
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of Store Administration tasks
- Train and coach new team members on company policies and procedures
- Effectively delegate and manage the team's workload
- Provide leadership and guidance to the team
- Maintain a clean, organized, and aesthetically pleasing store front, adhering to health and safety regulations
- Monitor and maintain suitable inventory levels
