Horizon Organization leads CrowdStrike’s strategic expansion beyond core endpoint security, including cloud security, identity protection, next-generation SIEM, managed detection and response (Falcon Complete), and professional services. The Horizon team champions a platform-based approach across the full Falcon suite to address modern cybersecurity needs.
What You’ll Do
- Be an inspiring thought leader within the business and in the customer and partner community, driving the CrowdStrike platform-based proposition with a focus on the Horizon solution set
- Collaborate strategically with country leaders and regional sales directors to ensure alignment and focused engagement across the Horizon portfolio
- Provide influence and direction to specialist sales teams across ANZ, orchestrating resources to maximise market impact
- Partner with customers to understand business challenges and architect value-driven solutions integrated into strategic roadmaps
- Work in a matrixed environment, guiding product line leaders within ANZ
- Forge solid partnerships with core sellers to position Horizon technologies and collaborate to close significant opportunities
- Deliver compelling training to internal teams on effectively positioning Horizon products
- Channel customer feedback to Product Management to influence feature development and roadmap priorities
- Stay informed about CrowdStrike’s vision, product roadmaps and threat landscape
- Travel up to 50% to engage with customers and internal teams
What You’ll Need
- Minimum 5 years' experience in cybersecurity technology sales leadership or equivalent in hyper-growth SaaS-based platform companies
- Proven ability to coordinate and influence cross-functional teams in fast-paced, matrix environments
- Operational excellence in driving sales pipeline and coordinating engagement with internal and external sales teams
- Experience communicating with and advising C-suite, senior management, and analyst/architect-level customers
- Demonstrated success selling security or complex SaaS at the C-Suite and senior management levels
- Exceptional presentation skills for virtual and in-person delivery to large audiences
- High energy, charismatic personality with strong relationship-building capabilities
- Experience with MEDDPICC sales methodology strongly preferred
