Overview
As a Mobile Plant Operator working FIFO across WA mine sites and major projects, you will be responsible for operating machinery including Excavators, Loaders, Dozers, Graders and Watercarts within large scale earthworks and construction environments.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
* Valid Driver's Licence (HR is highly desirable)
* Excavator Ticket
* Loader Ticket
* Grader Ticket
* Watercart Ticket
* Construction Card
* Full Working Rights in Australia
* Able to pass pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol
* Previous mining experience
* 2+ years machine experience
* Final trim & GPS experience (Highly desirable)
Duties & Responsibilities
* Perform bulk earthworks, trenching, backfilling and material movement in line with project requirements
* Carry out final trim and detailed finishing works using GPS
* Load, haul and dump materials efficiently while maintaining safe production works
* Carry out dust suppression duties using watercarts across work zones
* Complete pre-start checks, basic servicing and routine plant inspections
* Identify and report hazards, defects and maintenance requirements
