Are you a person with a knack for spotting potential?
As a Strategic Sourcing Specialist, you''ll be an integral part of our Talent Acquisition function, responsible for building and managing talent pipelines for critical job families and specialised skill sets that drive our firm''s success. You''ll focus on key technology, emerging, and growth sectors, using data-driven insights from talent market intelligence and competitor analysis to develop sophisticated sourcing strategies aligned with our long-term practice objectives. In this strategic partnership role, you''ll collaborate closely with diverse teams across P&C and the broader business to deliver exceptional talent outcomes that support organisational growth and innovation.
* Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies to identify and attract top-tier talent across multiple channels, including passive candidate research, social media platforms & professional networks.
* Partner closely with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and organisational culture, then translate these insights into targeted candidate profiles and sourcing approaches that align with both immediate needs and long-term strategic objectives.
* Utilise various platforms to proactively identify hard-to-find candidates in competitive markets, maintaining detailed candidate databases and tracking sourcing effectiveness through key performance metrics.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with passive candidates through personalised outreach campaigns and industry networking events positioning the organisation as an employer of choice within specific talent markets and professional communities.
* Conduct comprehensive market research and talent mapping exercises to provide hiring teams with competitive intelligence on salary benchmarks, talent availability, competitor analysis, and industry trends that inform recruitment strategies and decision-making processes.
* Collaborate with internal and external partners to optimise sourcing processes, implement new technologies and methodologies, and continuously improve candidate experience.
Qualifications
Who we''re searching for
* Ideally you will have 3+ years of recruitment experience in either internal talent acquisition or agency environments, with demonstrated success in sourcing and placing candidates across various industries and role levels, including experience with both high-volume recruitment and executive search methodologies.
* Advanced proficiency in sourcing tools and technologies including LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate relationship management (CRM) platforms.
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with proven ability to build trusted partnerships with hiring managers, present market insights and candidate recommendations effectively, and manage expectations while maintaining professional relationships with both internal teams and external candidates.
* Analytical mindset with experience in recruitment metrics and data analysis, including ability to track sourcing effectiveness, measure pipeline conversion rates, conduct market salary analysis, and provide actionable insights on talent market trends and competitive positioning.
