A fantastic opportunity has become available to join there team in a Warehouse team leader position where you will be responsible for the management and growth of your team.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Ensure all goods are transferred to the appropriate area and received and managed effectively
- Inventory Control management
- Manage Internal customer service effectively
- Lead execution of team work practices
- Quality Control
- Trains & assess team members as required in process activities to ensure multi skilling and team efficiency. Provides feedback on personnel performance and training needs as required.
**To be successful you will have the following skills and attributes**:
- Previous experience in a Team Leader role essential
- Forklift License with a minimum of 3 years experience
- Well-developed interpersonal & communication skills
- The ability to work and communicate with people from all levels
- Strong leadership skills
- Computer skills in Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word.
- Ability to work in a high pressure environment with delivery of cost and operational targets
