What you’ll do:
As Service Concierge, you’ll be the first point of contact for our service customers. You’ll:
* Greet customers with warmth and professionalism
* Help guide them through their service experience
* Liaise between customers, advisors, and workshop staff
* Answer calls and direct enquiries appropriately
* Support with day-to-day admin tasks
* Make sure every customer walks away feeling looked after
What you’ll bring:
* Clear, confident communication skills
* Sharp presentation and attention to detail
* A calm, unflappable nature under pressure
* A natural customer-first mindset
* Previous customer-facing experience
* A current driver’s licence
