The role
Lead marketing strategies that drive growth and influence product adoption in an externally facing, field‐based role across APAC markets.
What You Will Do
* Develop and execute regional marketing strategies to achieve revenue and market share goals.
* Lead product launch planning and implementation across APAC markets, ensuring alignment with global objectives.
* Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive intelligence to inform strategic decisions.
* Manage marketing budgets, monitor performance, and report ROI for key initiatives.
* Collaborate with sales teams to create impactful campaigns that drive customer engagement and adoption.
* Build relationships with key opinion leaders and industry stakeholders to strengthen market presence.
* Identify process improvements and implement solutions that enhance efficiency and business outcomes.
* Provide strategic guidance to cross‐functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand positioning.
Required Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
* Minimum 10 years of professional experience in marketing, strategy, or related roles.
Preferred Qualifications
* MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
* Minimum 7 years of experience in medical device or healthcare marketing.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
