We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Officer to join our team in Townsville.
This is a full-time salary position working with a leading Commercial business.
The Role:
* Key Responsibilities:
* Job creation, procurement, billing, and file management
* Contract management
* Stock management including stock movements, cycle counts, and annual stock take
* Provide administrative and operational support for our Service, Project, and Sales teams
* Coordinate between the administration, planning, and field teams to prioritise and attend to business and client needs
* Assist management team with gathering information and reports and liaising with clients
* Assist management with streamlining processes and procedures to maximise efficiency
* Coordinate travel needs and requirements
* Manage and work through discrepancies with key internal and external customers to provide resolutions to problems
Requirements:
* Experience in office administration
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong organisational skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with keen attention to detail
* A proactive team player with the ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced environment
