Job Summary
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a retail store, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving sales growth through effective management and marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and motivate a high-performing team to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve business objectives.
* Develop and implement effective inventory management systems to meet customer demand and minimize waste.
* Drive sales growth through strategic pricing, promotions, and marketing initiatives.
* Manage rostering, recruitment, training, and staff performance to ensure seamless store operations.
* Maintain accurate financial records and prepare budgets to achieve business targets.
* Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety standards and maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements:
* AQF Diploma (or higher) in Business, Management, or a related field.
* Minimum 1 year of proven experience in a similar management role.
* Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
* Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
