About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Quality/Safety Manager to join our team.
Reporting to the Head of HSEQ, you'll drive continuous improvement, manage non-conformances, and foster a culture of quality and accountability.
You'll work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure delivery meets Amplius Group, client, and ISO **** standards.
You will also assist with safety management.
You'll play a key role in ensuring our contracts and projects are delivered to the highest standards.
You'll manage, develop and maintain our quality systems and support safety practices on site including undertaking safety and quality inspections.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a strong background in construction or facilities who takes pride in quality outcomes and understands the importance of safety in day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement our evolving Integrated Management System
Develop and maintain project Quality Management Plans and audit schedules
Identify, document, and resolve non-conformances with corrective actions
Conduct regular site inspections and audits to monitor construction and service quality and safety.
Oversee the management of our quality documentation including ITPs, ITCs, NCRs, and defect records
Assisting with SWMS reviews, toolbox talks, and hazard reporting
Work closely with operations, to promote a strong safety and quality culture
Provide training and mentoring on quality procedures to site staff and subcontractors

Participate in project handovers and ensure all quality documentation is completed and submitted
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in civil, mechanical engineering, or related discipline
5+ years' experience in quality management within construction or facilities
Quality Lead Auditor (ISO ****; ISO *********** desirable)
Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills
Proven ability to drive continuous improvement and manage risk
Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills
