We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Junior Mobile App Developer to join our rapidly growing team at Stamp Loyalty. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mobile application development and a desire to learn and grow within a collaborative environment.
As a Junior Mobile App Developer, you will assist in the design, development, testing, and maintenance of mobile applications for our diverse client base. You will work closely with senior developers, product managers, and UI/UX designers to implement user-friendly and innovative applications that meet client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in designing, developing, and maintaining mobile applications using the Flutter framework.
* Knowledge of Native Android and iOS programming would be advantageous.
* Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
* Learn and apply best practices for Flutter development.
* Collaborate with senior developers to implement new features and improve existing functionality.
Testing and Quality Assurance:
* Conduct thorough testing of mobile applications to identify and resolve bugs.
* Assist in the implementation of automated testing.
* Ensure the quality and performance of mobile applications.
Collaborate team-wide
* Work with designers, project managers, and other developers to understand project goals and requirements.
* Provide input on technical feasibility during the design phase.
* Communicate progress and challenges to team leads.
Learning and Development:
* Actively participate in code reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest industry updates and mobile development trends.
* Continuously develop your skills and knowledge in mobile app development.
* Set growth goals and track your progress
What you’ll need to succeed:
* Someone who has hands-on experience with Flutter (professional work experience, uni, bootcamps, personal projects, internships - all great!)
* Familiarity with Git, and understanding of app development lifecycle
* Bonus points for exposure to native Android/iOS and Firebase
* A love for clean code, great UI, and learning new things
* Strong communication skills and willingness to ask questions
