As a highly skilled and dedicated Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to lead your own service and design engaging programs for children aged 5-12 years old.
You will be responsible for building strong relationships with local families and schools, promoting trusted before and after school care and holiday programs that cater to the diverse needs of the community.
About This Role
* Develop and implement high-quality programs that foster social, emotional, and cognitive growth in children.
* Collaborate with educators and support staff to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
* Mentor and support colleagues to enhance their skills and confidence in providing exceptional care and education.
Requirements:
* A recognised qualification in Teaching, Childcare, Community Services, or a related field.
* A valid Employee Working with Children Check.
* Ability to obtain relevant certifications, including HLTAID012 First Aid in a Childcare Setting and National Criminal History Check.
