About the Role
* The Marketing Manager oversees and manages the marketing activities, campaigns, strategic planning, and brand stewardship of CatholicCare Sydney. Reporting to the Director – Stakeholder Engagement, you will also be managing one Marketing Coordinator/Assistant.
* Strong collaboration and stakeholder engagement are crucial skills for this position, as you will be required to work closely with various departments within the organisation.
* Some of your responsibilities will be:
* Support the SET Director and the Marketing Assistant to engage with internal stakeholders including operational business units to develop and execute effective marketing plans, campaigns and activities that achieve aligned business goals and priorities
* Establish marketing campaign monitoring and evaluation models to demonstrate the effectiveness and ROI of marketing plans, campaigns and activities
* Oversee consistency and creative across all brand assets, ensuring all internal and external creative is aligned with current brand guidelines
* Oversee, manage and report monthly on the marketing budget and key deliverables / risks
* Manage events, webinars and thought leadership Whitepapers and promotional activities as directed

About You
To be a successful candidate you will have:
* Relevant tertiary qualifications in marketing, business or communications
* Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a high functioning, cohesive, skilled team
* Proven ability to manage stakeholder relations and build collaborative and mutually beneficial partnerships
* Excellent communication (written and oral) and proven ability to work independently and with peers to deliver projects on time and on budget
* Demonstrated agility, prioritisation and time management skills working in a changing, fast paced environment
* Proven experience in budget management and reporting
* Experience with videography, creative campaign development and execution
* Experience developing, executing and monitoring social media content, creative and performance
* Experience in digital marketing strategy, content development, website development, CRM and marketing automation and intranet platforms
