Kotahi Consulting are partnering with a highly respected Australian business who are entering an exciting global growth phase, including expansion into the US market. With an established reputation delivering complex, high-value infrastructure solutions to blue‐chip energy and mining asset owners and government‐owned utilities, the business is now investing in the next generation of commercial talent to support continued Australian growth.
This is not transactional sales. You will be involved in long‐lead, technically driven opportunities valued between $1m–$10m, working closely with a Senior Business Development Manager and mentored directly by a well‐connected, highly regarded General Manager. You'll also be supported by experienced Account Managers and a strong technical delivery team.
The Opportunity
* Support pursuit and closing of major industrial infrastructure projects
* Engage with tier‐one energy & mining operators and government utilities
* Develop pipeline across Australia while contributing to global expansion strategy
* Receive structured sales and product training
* Be mentored into a long‐term Business Development leader within the business
About You
* Early career (2–5 years' experience ideal)
* Some sales, commercial, or client‐facing experience preferred
* Ambitious, resilient and commercially curious
* Hungry to close and build a career in high‐value solution sales
* Comfortable with some travel and stakeholder engagement
This role suits someone who wants exposure to complex infrastructure solutions without being buried in corporate layers. You'll have real access to decision‐makers, real mentorship, and a genuine pathway to senior commercial leadership as the business scales.
Based in Albion, with travel as required.
