Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Systems Manager, located in Australian Capital Territory, Australia. The Systems Manager will oversee system administration, manage technical operations, troubleshoot system issues, and provide technical support for IT systems. Additional responsibilities include ensuring the maintenance and enhancement of company systems, identifying and resolving technical issues, overseeing technology upgrades, and supporting system security and performance.
Qualifications
* Strong skills in System Administration and Information Technology for managing and maintaining enterprise-level systems
* Proficiency in Analytical Skills and Troubleshooting to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently
* Experience with Technical Support to assist users and ensure systems operate smoothly
* Knowledge of best practices in system security, performance optimization, and IT infrastructure management
* Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
* Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, Microsoft, or equivalent) are a plus
* A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is desirable
* Prior experience in government or enterprise-level technology systems will be advantageous
