We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Recruitment Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the post-offer process for Australia-wide and New Zealand recruitment.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and internal stakeholders. They will also possess high-level attention to detail and accuracy, with well-developed and effective written communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinating the onboarding process of new employees into several Boeing subsidiaries across Australia and New Zealand
* Supporting the talent acquisition team with Pre-Hire Checks and contingencies
* Providing ongoing candidate and hiring manager support while following important timelines
* Creating and issuing employment agreements and various letters
* Maintaining and updating employee and candidate records to support the recruitment and selection process
* Identifying and developing process improvement opportunities
* Ensuring 100 % data integrity of HR and TA systems
Requirements:
* Experience in areas such as HR/recruitment administration
* Exposure to recruitment or HR systems i.e. Workday or other
