As a Senior Occupational Therapist, you’ll play a key role in improving the lives of clients through community‑based therapy services in the Wollongong area. You'll work within a supportive, multidisciplinary team dedicated to providing holistic, person‑centred care.
Day to day responsibilities
- Deliver evidence‑based clinical care in the community through a range of programs and funding streams including Home Care Package, Commonwealth Home Support Program and Hospital Substitution programs.
- Provide evidence‑based occupational therapy through assessment and interventions for clients with complex health conditions or age‑related care needs.
- Prescribe assistive aids and equipment, home setting modifications, and support services to support the goals of the client and carers.
- Support the development and clinical growth of other Occupational Therapists within the clinical team.
- Work within a multidisciplinary team to get the best outcomes for your clients.
- Engage in our clinical supervision program with a designated clinical supervisor.

Qualifications and requirements
- Community or hospital OT experience.
- Occupational Therapy degree with AHPRA registration.
- Valid driver’s licence and insured vehicle.
