We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly organised Marketing Coordinator to support the delivery of engaging campaigns and initiatives that drive visitation, customer engagement and retailer success for our Jesmond Central, Wallsend Village and Seven Hills Plaza shopping centres.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‐paced retail environment and has experience coordinating content, events and digital marketing activities that contribute to strong centre performance. You will play a key role in executing our annual marketing plan from campaign logistics and social media scheduling to retailer communications and reporting ensuring all activity is delivered professionally on brand and to a high standard.

About The Role
* Support the execution of the annual marketing plan, including campaigns, seasonal activities and events.
* Coordinate campaign logistics, content preparation, supplier liaison and on‐ground execution.
* Assist with day‐to‐day centre operations including tenant liaison, customer engagement and presentation checks.
* Prepare and schedule content across social media, digital channels and the centre website.
* Monitor digital engagement, support community management and gather analytics for reporting.
* Build strong relationships with retailers, suppliers and community partners.
* Assist with retailer communications including newsletters, content sourcing and promotional updates.
* Support campaign reporting, data collection, expense tracking and performance metrics.
* Assist with PR activities, community events and ad‐hoc marketing tasks as needed.
* Participate in Centre Management requirements including safety, emergency and First Aid procedures.
About You
* Hold tertiary qualifications in a marketing‐related field.
* Have experience in marketing, retail marketing, events or a related field.
* Confident across digital and social media platforms, with strong digital literacy.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships.
* High attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks at once.
* Comfortable working in a fast‐paced, hands‐on environment with operational responsibilities.
* Proactive, organised and enthusiastic, someone who enjoys both digital and on‐the‐ground marketing activity.
This is a full‐time, centre‐based position primarily located at Jesmond Central, with some work at Wallsend Village as needed. Office hours are between 8:30am to 5:30pm.
