About The Role
* Ensuring accurate application of Enterprise Agreements and other relevant payroll rules.
* Processing and reconciling payroll‑related accounts, including superannuation, PAYG withholding, and payroll tax.
* Responding to all employee payroll queries in a timely and professional manner.
* Collaborating effectively with internal stakeholders across HR and Finance to ensure a seamless flow of information.
* Maintaining data integrity and ensuring compliance with all statutory requirements.
* Assisting with month‑end and year‑end payroll procedures and reporting.
* Demonstrating a proactive approach by taking initiative and seeking out opportunities for process improvement.
About You
The ideal candidate is a proactive and quick learner with a great attitude. You should be a team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to hit the ground running.
You'll Bring
* Proven experience in end‑to‑end payroll processing, ideally in a high‑volume environment.
* The ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems and processes.
* Strong stakeholder communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
* Experience with PeopleSoft is ideal, but strong candidates with other payroll system experience will be considered.
