The Role
We're seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Werrington. In this role, you'll resolve technical issues, support IT projects, and ensure our healthcare clients experience seamless and secure systems. You'll work across helpdesk, onsite, and project environments, gaining broad exposure to both infrastructure and cloud technologies.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide Level 1 and 2 support to healthcare clients across hardware, software, and networks
* Troubleshoot and maintain clinical applications and IT systems
* Deploy, configure, and support servers, computers, and cloud platforms
* Document technical processes and contribute to service improvements
* Deliver proactive communication and professional service to clients
What You Bring
* Strong knowledge of Windows environments and server builds
* Networking skills (routers, switches, troubleshooting)
* Experience in helpdesk or technical support roles (Level 1/2)
* Familiarity with cloud platforms (Office 365, Azure, Google Apps)
* Exposure to clinical software or WordPress is highly regarded
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Full Australian work rights are required for this position
* A valid driver's licence is desirable for onsite client work
