Job Description
* Food Preparation & Presentation: You will be responsible for preparing and presenting a variety of meals, including breakfast, crib, dinner, dessert, and functions.
* Dietary Requirements: Ensuring adherence to special dietary needs, such as allergies and specific requests, is key to delivering a safe and enjoyable dining experience.
* Food Safety Compliance: You'll play a critical role in adhering to our Food Safety Program, ensuring safe and high-quality meals are served every time.
* Stock Management: Assist with stock ordering, rotation, and stocktaking to ensure the kitchen is well stocked and organized.
* Kitchen Hygiene & Safety: Maintain a clean kitchen, equipment, and utensils while adhering to food hygiene and safety practices.
* Customer-Focused Service: Provide fast, effective service with a smile, ensuring a positive dining experience for all.
* Team Collaboration: Assist the broader team as required, always working together to ensure kitchen operations run smoothly.

About You
* Qualifications & Experience: Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent (high-volume bulk cookery experience is highly regarded but not essential).
* You're passionate about creating high-quality, delicious meals.
* Team Player: Ability to work well independently, as well as with other team members.
* Customer Service: A commitment to genuine, friendly customer service and a motivated, enthusiastic, and positive 'can-do' attitude.
